Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are charged in full at checkout. Cancellation requests may be made before the order has been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

If shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, customers will be notified and provided any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
