Shipping policy

Pre-Orders
Some items are sold on a pre-order basis and will not ship immediately. Estimated shipping timeframes are shown on the product page and at checkout. For the Vampire Baseball Scarf, the current estimate is approximately late December 2026. Dates are estimates and may change due to production or carrier delays.

U.S. Shipping
U.S. orders ship via USPS. Available services and rates are calculated at checkout. Carrier transit times begin after your order has been fulfilled and handed to USPS.

International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other import fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout. Customers are responsible for any such charges imposed by their destination country. These fees may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If an international package is refused or left unclaimed and returned to us, any refund will be issued after the item is received back. Original shipping and any return, customs, or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Addresses & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control. Tracking will be provided when available.
